  Yep, in fact there is a newer RC version, but this precise version (0.23)
is required for my previous ITP, sylpheed-claws-vcalendar-plugin.

  Anyway if there is a newer/better library which handles that and already
available in Debian I may try to convince upstream to switch libraries
(plugin is in early stages of development).
