  Description     : The GNU Portability Library

This library can be used for upstream or debian maintainers to copy files
into their source, or for debian packages to automaticaly import them.  It
works similarly to autotools-dev, libtool and such.

[1] Most of the components are GPLed, some are GFDLed (non-free) and some are
    undetermined.  I'll have to review the sources when preparing a package,
    so this may take a while.
