The .changes do say:
Maintainer: Daniel Kobras <firstname.lastname@example.org>
Changed-By: Daniel Kobras <email@example.com>
however, I don't know how that happened then, as 'Maintainer:' should
still be copied from debian/control. Maybe you've some global
configuration file/environment variable with the same effect?
Regarding the still tagged fix, apparantly I was wrong here, and katie
checks the .dsc. It needs to do so sometimes anyway, since Uploaders:
are not present in the .changes, only in the .dsc.
Note while indeed your upload triggered my mail, I've seen it happen
more, and also with wrong effects (sponsored uploads becoming NMU's),
but possibly I was indeed mistaken and never saw it happen the other way
around (a NMU treated as a maintainer upload).
