Re: Dehs: To few watch file filled from Debian Mantainers

Hello Stefano!

Unfortunately I didn't notice the thread in May about DEHS, I get to know it
from DWN even though. I'm sorry, but I'm not able to reply the thread.

In article <1083638862.6034.31.camel@atlantide> you wrote:

Especially in my case (txt2pdbdoc), there was no watch file (I wrote it today)
and your table shows "error".
I see, you script tried to get source version on its own way with:
------------8<----------------------------------------------
uscan3.pl warning: In /debian/watch,
no matching hrefs for watch line
  http://homepage.mac.com/pauljlucas/software/txt2pdbdoc/index.html
txt2pdbdoc-([\d+\.]+|\d+)(\.tar|\.tgz)(\.gz|\.bz2|) debian uupdate
------------8<-----------------------------------------------

Perhaps you will have more luck in such cases (http site with hrefs to scan)
and more packages will be watched by our site, if you try according to man
page:

(?:.*/)?txt2pdbdoc-([\d+\.]+|\d+)(\.tar|\.tgz)(\.gz|\.bz2|) debian uupdate

for various URLs in href?

Kindly regards,
