binutils-multiarch is huge, and technocally not required when binutils for
target are available. And (as binutila-multiarch description states)
binutils for target are needed anyway for cross-builds.
So when cross-compiling, we do always have a working strip for target. I
believe that making use of it is much better than install additional 18M
package.
