can't locate rtl8139 module eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags

 sarge. install from: net-install iso (i386). Have fun! Login: ok.
ping debian.org. 0% packet loss. Reboot:

 rtl8139: can't locate module

 ...

 eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
 Bind socket to interface: No such device
 exiting.
 Failed to bring up eth0

 single ide hd: swap /boot / (P) /usr /usr/local /var /tmp /home (L) parts
 Different but sufficient resources on 3 several test-machine

  3/3  error.

 I couldn't find solution.
