Yes please.  This would help the security team as soon as we have to
support testing (and eventually stable).  However, we only need this
when testing is frozen until it is deprecated.

I know that this will cause problems during the migration of packages
from unstable into testing.  Hence, wrt security this would be sufficient
to be present when testing is frozen.
