Judging by all the emails I've gotten, people are rather desperate for firefox 0.8, so I uploaded it last night. Since of course the package has gone through a name change it will take about a week (usually) for the overrides to be edited. In the mean time I've put up the package on people.debian.org. The apt line is: deb http://people.debian.org/~eric/debian/$(ARCH) ./ Please resist the urge to file bugs on it until it has actually hit unstable, or email me about bugs. I'm likely going to followup this soon with a new revision, including things like the dom inspector. There may also be some bugs that this release closes that I missed, so please let me know about those. I took the opportunity to fix the long-standing issue that ~/.phoenix stores the user's profiles. It is now ~/.firefox (upstream still uses .phoenix). This means upgrades are not clean, you'll have to move your profiles over. Unfortunately older profiles seem to not be supported this release, at least not for me. Let me know if you have more success. -- Eric Dorland <eric.dorland@mail.mcgill.ca> ICQ: #61138586, Jabber: hooty@jabber.com 1024D/16D970C6 097C 4861 9934 27A0 8E1C 2B0A 61E9 8ECF 16D9 70C6 -----BEGIN GEEK CODE BLOCK----- Version: 3.12 GCS d- s++: a-- C+++ UL+++ P++ L++ E++ W++ N+ o K- w+ O?
