  just FYI, (E)Links frames/table support can be easily turned on/off.
Also at least ELinks (but new Links probably as well) can support the
*PROXY environment variables.

  BTW, we are currently working on some basic CSS support for ELinks, it
is expected to appear in 0.9.4 or 0.9.5. I'd also say that ELinks is the
most actively developed browser from the Links-ELinks-w3m triple (in
fact even lynx is pretty active, a buzzing hive compared to the stall
waters of Links and w3m ;-).
