The one you suggest: "Mozilla $LANG language support package". I can
adopt it for my two other packages, but it'd be nice if other
mozilla-locale-* pacakges picked it up too.

I would say "for the foo language".
"...will all be available in foo, from the "Appearance -> Languages"
menu in the preferences dialog." ?
