Orphaning my packages

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Since my job makes it increasingly difficult to find enough time to
properly work on my packages I'm orphaning the rest of them. The ones on
this list isn't that hard to maintain, and don't have any known bugs.

*ppmd: A fast archiver program with good compression ratio

~ AFAIK the best archiver in debian. To bad no one has taken the time
~ to port it to 64bit yet :). It could be that it performs worse than
~ PAQ4, se bug #216740 for more info about that.

*bison++ generate a parser in c or c++ from BNF notation

~ Its likely that PCCTS is a better program. Also bison++ doesn't have an
~ upstream maintainer.

*ketm An old-school 2d-scrolling shooter
*ccdoc C++ interface documentation tool
~ Doxygen is likely to do everything ccdoc does and more.
