RC bugs and missing builds holding up the whole release

OK, so all RC bugs are holding up the whole release, of course. But these are problematic for particular reasons. :-) Some are easy; some are very hard.

#225960: fftw3 FTBFS on ARM
Keeps freqtweak out of testing, which keeps jack-audio-connection-kit out.

#226761: gem FTBFS on hppa
Keeps jack-audio-connection-kit out of testing.

#209122, #209228, #211134, #211308: lm-sensors disaster
Keeps kdebase out of testing. :-(

#226371: kdemultimedia needs fix removing __u64 defn.

#223846: linux-kernel-headers bug
Bites kdeadmin on s390. :-(

#226738: libglut3-dev bug
Bites kdegraphics on powerpc. :-(

#225663: gcc-3.3 regression from 3.3.2 to 3.3.3
Bites kdenetwork.

(unreported): kdeutils needs SYS_sysinfo replaced with sysinfo

#224193: galeon FTBFS on several architectures

#225026, #226823: php4 RC bugs.

#218472: cdebconf conflicts with its dependencies.
Can't very well release the installer until this is fixed. :-(
