It is interesting yes, but probably it needs somehow to take into account
more information than just dependecies to give out a better overview.

For example: bash. According to your list:

    169 bash

and it is way down. But bash is an Essential: yes so even if somehow looks
less important then other pkgs in the top of the list. it must be there.

probably you can try "assigning" points to pkgs according to dependencies
and flags such as Essential: (just my 2DKK)
