Very cool! Gratzies! That's a great contribution in its own right.

Heh. I was going to school for a Biochemistry degree at the U of MN in
Duluth when one afternoon I stopped by the "fishbowl", a public study
hall room w/8 DEC 420 terminals to talk to a friend of mine and read my
email.
My famous last words were, "What's that you're playing?"
"It's a MUD..."
Over the next three years, I taught myself the basics of UNIX, elisp and
C for the sole purpose of furthering my MUD'ing experience. My home
away from home was the fishbowl, and my directory was a mecca of apps
for would-be gamers, tintin, tintin++ and screen included. (I LOVED
screen then and I love it now!)
It was quite pitiful. ;-) Eventually, I moved to tinyfugue (tf), and
then dropped MUD'ing all together. That was from '95-'97. Man, I feel
old.
I would maintain the package, but I don't really MUD any more. I
remember how nice it was to be able to set up navigation aliases, very
helpful when running from PK'ers after you stabbed their clan leader.
;-) If no one else picks up the package, let me know.
