    I would caveat folks reporting bugs on prelink not unprelinking to
an identical original binary. On the ppc, if this happens with a binary,
it is almost certainly because it was built with too old of a binutils
and needs rebuilt. Upstream considers that a fixed binutils bug (or
more accurately design change) than a problem with prelink. The other
arches shouldn't see this problem as only ppc was doing the non-zero
*r_offset thing.
