Mass bug filing potential: (x-)www-browser Provides

[ Cc: ing debian-policy wrt virtual-packages-list ]

We want to suggest Browsers for X (those providing the x-www-browser

$ grep-available -FProvides x-www-browser | grep Package:
Package: mozilla-firebird

$ grep-available -FProvides www-browser | grep Package:
Package: dillo
Package: w3mmee
Package: galeon
Package: chimera2
Package: mozilla-browser
Package: xemacs21-gnome-mule-canna-wnn
Package: mozilla-browser-snapshot
Package: emacs21-nox
Package: epiphany-browser
Package: xemacs21-nomule
Package: lynx
Package: xemacs21-gnome-nomule
Package: links
Package: emacs20
Package: emacs21
Package: elinks
Package: xemacs21-gnome-mule
Package: xemacs21-mule-canna-wnn
Package: netrik
Package: lynx-cur
Package: xemacs21-mule
Package: w3m
Package: links-ssl
Package: konqueror
Package: mozilla-firebird <-- matches because it suggests x-www-browser,
                              it does _not_ provide www-browser

So there at the moment is no way to Suggests: x-www-browser to just
Suggest browsers for X.

x-www-browser isn't listed in virtual-packages-list, though. Maybe it
should be added. Would make sense IMHO. [ To be consequent,
text-www-browser would then make sense, too ...]

IMHO, suggesting a console program from an X program makes no sense -
especially not as the X program will use the x-www-browser alternative
per default...

So is there a consensus to mass-file bugs to let all Browsers Provide:
www-browser (even mozilla-firebird) and additionally x-www-browser (and
maybe text-www-browser)?
