RFA: seti-applet - GNOME 2 applet that displays the progress of a seti@home client

I request adoption of seti-applet.
I am no longer interested in the seti project and it needs a better
mantainer, anyway.

I will upload tonight with the mantainer field changed to QA team.
If you are interested in adopting it, you have to retilte this bug to
ITA (Intend To Adopt).

I am still interested in contributing Spanish translations for it, so if
you take seti-applet, make sure I get the updated .po to translate!
