Or ideally, since not everybody interested in a bug receives notice of
its closing:

* New upstream release
  + "File" menu has been fixed (Closes: #nnnnn)

Of course, if the actual bug report is that there's a new upstream
release available, then 'New upstream release (Closes: #nnnnn)' is quite
appropriate.
