Or of one of the BSD ports, where iconv is in a much murkier state
(something that will be fixed, mind you, and on which I don't think we're
filing any bugs until we've got a saner arrangement... which, at least for
NetBSD, should be helped by 2.0 having sane and useful i18n/l10n support).
