removal of version number in dependency package descriptions

Hi,

Would it be possible de remove the version number that appear in
package descriptions of packages that only depend on the lasted version
of a package?

There are quite a lot of dependency packages which indicate the version
number of the package that depend on. This could appear to be useless as
this packages exist only to depend on it and so have to be changed each
time the package they depend on changes (I'm thinking about python-*
packages at the moment, but others exist also).

This change in the description is very annoying for translators and
proofreaders as the version number has also to be changed so this makes
a lot of work but this give no real info to the final user who just want
to have the latest version of the package whatever the version number
can be.
