	Yes, it is. And it shall remain broken until I have time to
 determine where the patch is (105 bug reports about make on
 savannah), examine it, build a new make, and test it. 

	I may have time to do this this weekend, but then, since this
 is the 4rth of July weekend coming up, I may not.
