YAZ is a C/C++ programmer's toolkit supporting the development of
Z39.50v3/SRW clients and servers. Sample clients and servers are
included with the distribution, as well as documentation.

if anybody cares to take a look.  The license is basically BSD; it lacks
clause 2 in /usr/share/common-licenses/BSD, and the disclaimer is worded
slightly differently but AFAICT it is functionally identical.
