Hello,

I intend to create a package for 'udptunnel'.


Here a short description from the README file of udptunnel:

UDPTunnel is a small program which can tunnel UDP packets
bi-directionally over a TCP connection.


udptunnel can be found at:

ftp://ftp.cs.columbia.edu/pub/lennox/udptunnel/


As far as I can see is the licence of 'udptunnel' DFSG compliant:
