I would like to plug the "biew" package, another binary
editor/viewer that also does disassembly :).

There may be problems with the license; The quote below from the
original ITP could be a violation of DFSG §6, discrimination of field of
endavor:
"HEXER WAS DEVELOPED BY SASCHA DEMETRIO.
THIS SOFTWARE SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED TO BE A COMMERCIAL PRODUCT.
THE DEVELOPER URGES THAT USERS WHO REQUIRE A COMMERCIAL PRODUCT
NOT MAKE USE OF THIS WORK."
