In my opinion it's worse for an RFP. How do you know if this is a package
you might be interested in? Some people totally avoid non-free software.
Some people avoid code in languages they don't know well or is too
alpha-quality. On the other hand this could be exactly the program you
are looking for. Bottom line: the more information provided the better.
To debbugs people: would it be hard to add some kind of autolarting
filter to reject improperly filled out wnpp templates?
