John, the descriptions for docbook-utils and sgml2x don't mention man
pages, so how am I supposed to know they can handle them?
I'll have a look at docbook2man from docbook-utils and see how it
compares to docbook2x's output.
And file a description bug against them ;)
Graham, guess I missed xmlto, I'll have a closer look.
