potato packages in unstable?

hi -devel,

i'm in the process of doing a partial mirror of sid with debmirror,
and i noticed that there are references to packages in potato
in sid's Packages.gz. is this intentional? for example:

Package: cern-httpd
Priority: optional
Section: web
Installed-Size: 648
Maintainer: Steve Greenland <stevegr@debian.org>
Architecture: i386
Version: 3.0A-3
Provides: httpd
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.1), adduser (>=1.93), netbase
Filename: dists/potato/main/binary-i386/web/cern-httpd_3.0A-3.deb
...

just curious,
	sean
