man2html location has been changed

Hi, 

I've uploaded man2html 1.5k-1 this week. In this version location 
of man2html cgi programs has been changed, now they reside 
in /usr/lib/cgi-bin/man (not in /usr/lib/cgi-bin as used to).
Also note, that man2html man page now is installed in section 1 
(not 8 as before).

Please update your packages for this change. If you don't want to
support both old and new locations of man2html programs, you probably
should use versioned depends/suggests/recommends on man2html (>=
1.5k-1).
