That appears to be (in my eyes) a description of how apt-cache
can be used with non-DFSG software. Not an advertisement.

I see no problem with DFSG software being able to work with non-DFSG
software, or documentating how it works.

Perhaps though somebody needs to make the same functionality work
somehow with entirely DFSG compliant software.
