Midnight Commander package takeover

Today new upstream version of mc was released (4.6.0). I'm taking over
this package (upload is on the way), as said earlier in:

and after about 3 months since I started to pester previous
maintainers (without any reply)...

I'll examine/close/resolve all those 157 bugs as fast as possible.

BTW it might interest some of you that the ugly bloat called 'gmc' and
all GNOME stuff with it has been removed from the mc sources in 4.6.0.
