It is not sufficient for packages to only handle
DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive when I want to do preconfigured
automated installs. Some packages is installed unconfigured, and
possibly not working, when installed using
DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive. It if of course slightly better then
not installed at all, but for my purpose it would be better if the
package used debconf in the first place. (exim is an example of a
package handling DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive but installing a
non-functioning package).
