It'd be straightforward to make "-done" have a mailing list style CONFIRM
thing, you could even send it to the submitter address rather than the
From: address if you wanted to be overly paranoid.

None of this is necessarily a good idea, my original comments about
PGPing stuff were meant to be fairly facetious.
