A kit to do this for either laser or inkjet printers can be obtained for
under $20 at your local office supply store...

Even Best Buy has them.

There are plenty of places that will do CDs for you (e.g., real,
professional-looking CDs without paper labels, even with real mastering
instead of CD-R), if you have enough volume. But unless you want 1000
Debian CD sets, you don't have enough volume.
