If you don't know enough about fonts to answer the questions (which are fairly simple), then I seriously question your ability to properly maintain this package. There are others out there who can and will maintain it; I personally was waiting for it to mature a little more before ITPing it, but I would be happy to adopt it now. I also take umbredge at the idea of "I only really care about <foo> support, so I won't worry about anything else."
