On the other hand, we should try to avoid bugs in unstable, 
especially reccuring ones. Those of us running unstable do
a service to Debian in being the first to catch breakage; it's
still nice if we can avoid as much as we can. Also, complex
multi-package dependency problems have a habit of leaking into
testing. If mozilla's ABI isn't going to be stable, then, yes,
a staging area would be useful. Making sure Debian's programs
work is more important than always having the latest and greatest 
Mozilla in unstable.
