can we place open a new mailing list to not bother most of the linux
developers on the list too much? I dont see much relationship beween the
development of a new OS and Debian project development in the moment.

I think there have been enough interesting ideas to give the project a
kickstart. Open a ML and invite the people who would like to contribute.

Personally I do not like the idea of VM-Windows.net.
