There's already been some work done on it, as per bug #119885. It was
ITP'ed 394 days ago and apparently left to rot, but Takashi Okamoto
appears to have uploaded some preliminary packages a couple of days
ago. I'm personally pretty happy about this. Eclipse is a really
powerful tool and should be in Debian.
