(Ah, I mean not the patch of #94699 but config.sub, sorry
if my mail was not clear enough...)

I checked your source and found that config.sub in config
sub-directory was modified for alpha but config.sub in texk 
sub-directory wasn't modified yet.

Try to copy config/config.sub to texk/config.sub 
I hope this will help you....
