I would also like to state that this is the time to provide seconds or proposed amendments for the proposal. My understanding is that seconds should be GPG signed and CC'd to debian-vote@lists.debian.org and secretary@debian.org, or perhaps secretary@vote.debian.org (the page states both). -- John
