"Relocation error" after recent upgrades

Hi!

After recent upgrades, I have received bug reports on one of my
packages (siag) that people get this error:

/usr/bin/siag relocation error: /usr/bin/siag: undefined symbol: stat

Since nothing has changed in siag recently my guess is that this would
be a problem in glibc or something? I'm not tracking unstable at the
moment, so I haven't seen the problem myself. Any insights?
