libgd2 << 2.0.1-18 built against libpng2, so this means you're linking
against libpng2 and libpng3 simultaneously, which doesn't work.
However, libgd2-{noxpm,xpm} in unstable are linked against
libpng3/libpng12, so I don't think you should change the version of
nagios-mysql in unstable.
