No, please put an actual, useful, description in *each* of the packages,
along with details about what that particular package contains, and why
I might want to install it. At present, none of the Debian package tools
provide a good way to cross-reference stuff from the description.

For example:

Description: development files for XFce4
 XFce4 is a system to do blah blah blah blah blah.
 .
 These are include files and libraries needed to develop new programs
 that use XFce4.

(Obviously, I've no idea what xfce4 actually is...)

Or reverse them (which might be better): describe the individual package
first, and then overall purpose.
