I do not understand why this is ITPed?  Please explain. ;-)

It is Windows software. ;-(  Requires SDK from Microsoft >;-<

No.  Because it does not compile for non-windows environment.

How to compile
--------------
To compile sources you need Visual C++ 6.0.
For compiling some files you also need
new Platform SDK from Microsoft' Site.

Dah,  I do not know why this is on ITP?

Unless you have clear reason to ITP this, please close this.

I do not know how he revwerse engineered RAR too. 

Also code rely on endian for i386.  Short but not portable.

It looked neat code, though.  Many "windows"ing codes.  darn...
