Unfortunately, no. Using the kernel-headers-2.4 virtual package comes
close, except for the fact that one of the mips architectures does not
provide it and that there is a kernel-headers-2.4.18-sparc package
which is binary-all and will mess things up as well (buildd's will
happily use that instead of the right kernel headers for their
architecture).
