on xdg-list@freedesktop.org (where KDE and GNOME try to define things in
common) there was some talk last week about a menu system for both GNOME
and KDE, and someone mentioned using the debian menu system as the base
for the new one.
So, if you are thinking about re-doing the menu system, maybe you can
join that list and try to come up with a system that fits debian, gnome
and kde. Which will kick ass IMO :-)
