Quite possibly.  Have they actually paid the $1000 (as per

(Had the spam mentioned reptiles, I'd have immediately guessed
<http://www.davidicke.com/>.  Just as nutty as scientologists
allegedly are, but way less powerful.  But no reptiles, so I'm
guessing it's not Icke.)
