Yep, but in the light of a very recent thread on debian-mentors, it
appears that what these people are actually looking for is an advocate,
not a sponsor.
Justification:
1. These people usually want to become a NM, and applying as a NM
requires one to have an advocate according to
<http://nm.debian.org/newnm.php>.
2. It is far easier to find a sponsor if you are in the NM queue than
if not. Goto 1.
