it would be nice if you could give a bit more explanation on the things
that aren't working like for example whether you get an error message and
if so which one also there's the website http://www.linmodems.org that
might be able to help you your modem might not be supported at all finally
the point and comma on your keyboard aren't there just for decoration so
please use them it makes things a lot easier to read thanks
