Pending.  ACT and someone else in the community are currently working
on (at last) contributing the patches.  I expect that it will come
together for 6.0, in four to six months, but don't quote me on that
unless you're volunteering to help it get done.

Correct.  You can try compiling with -gstabs+ instead of -g and using
this old version, but no promises.

That should be fixed in a CVS snapshot; I try to avoid doing new
upstream snapshots too frequently but after another set of patches I'm
working on go in I probably will.
