That's the key then. "recursive" (wrong name for it, but some docs
refer to it that way) ie. #!interpreters that are themselves
#!interpreted aren't supported by the kernel. Nor by any normal
shells. Zsh, however, goes out of it's way to run the intepreter if
the exec fails; this is sort of vaguely noted in the zsh docs...
